Supplied the owner of the restaurant with a material package so he could build the first floor addition to his existing restaurant himself.
A lightweight & quicker construction time solution for adding a 1st floor onto conventional Brick & Mortar.

The building purpose is for a new brewery and tasting room and the brief was the design had to conform to the look of the area and the “Heritage” aesthetics.

PRIORITY:
Speed of construction, lightweight design and less mess and waste were the key elements of the build as the restaurant was still operational during the build.
